The Monterey Peace & Justice Center is hiring a Part-Time Volunteer Manager. This position is 20 hours per week (with approximately 10 hours remote / 10 hours in the Center). We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated ability to work independently, create and drive projects, lead teams, and communicate in a positive / professional manner.

Hiring & Interviews in Light of COVID-19:
MPJC is currently closed due to the Shelter in Place order in effect in Monterey County. We will move forward with this hiring process remotely at this time. To ensure the safety and well-being of our board and job applicants, interviews are likely going to be conducted via Zoom, and it is possible that training might initially happen remotely through Zoom / Conference Calls as well. We will re-evaluate this plan to operate remotely if / when the Shelter in Place order changes.
